Fresha booking widget loads here

Once your Fresha account is set up and verified, paste the embed code from your Fresha dashboard into this section. The widget will show all services, live availability, deposit collection, and SMS confirmation in one flow.

Policies

The fine print.

Deposit

50% holds your spot. Paid by card at the time of booking through Fresha. You pay the rest in person on the day, by card or cash.

Cancellation

More than 24 hours notice and you get your deposit back. Less than 24 hours and I have to keep it (the slot rarely gets filled that quickly). If you want to reschedule rather than cancel, just message me and I'll move the deposit to your new time.

If I'm running late

I aim for a 15-minute window either side of your booked time. If traffic is messing me around, you'll get a text. If you need to push your appointment back, let me know as soon as you can.

First time booking with me

Your first appointment needs at least 48 hours lead time so we can do the patch test. The test itself takes about three minutes and can happen at the appointment or by drop-in earlier in the week, whichever suits.

Group bookings

If two or more of you are at the same address, you can book back-to-back and I only charge the travel fee once. Book each appointment separately, in order, so I know how to plan the day.
